Extension storage
The extension stores each tab’s sound level and Adaptive balance setting in chrome.storage.session. It removes the values when the tab closes. The extension does not send them to a server.
Tab audio
The extension tries to capture each http(s) tab it can reach. It retries when Chromium blocks capture. It routes the audio through a local Web Audio graph. It does not record, save, or transmit the audio.
Network use
The extension makes no network requests. It has no API, accounts, analytics, advertising, cookies, crash reports, or telemetry.
Debug mode
Development builds can write test details to the browser console when debug mode is active. These details stay on your device. Production builds do not write these logs.
Website
The website has no API, analytics, cookies, or telemetry. The Cloudflare host processes normal request data to deliver the site.
